I bought this TV box about 5 months ago but I came on here just to leave a review now because I was so satisfied with my recent support/warranty experience. Something happened with my box where the software wouldn’t boot anymore (might have been something I installed, I don’t know).
After going through the basic troubleshooting steps with the help from this site I was authorized to send it back and not even 2 days later my box was returned back to me in perfect working order!

Look no further. All the box will ever need. Quick, smooth, easy upgrade. KODI runs flawlessly on this mini powerhouse. Same specs as others I own, this one just seems to run better; not sure why. Firestick doesn’t touch this. Nice shipping too
