Unless otherwise specified, we promise to process and ship your order within 1 to 2 business days upon payment receipt. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email notice with your tracking information.

We ship anywhere within Canada and the United States!

• Canadian orders are shipped direct with Canada Post with full tracking.
• USA order are shipped direct with USPS with full tracking.

 

Undeliverable Items

Please note that we cannot be responsible for undeliverable orders. This means that your shipping address must always be accurate and correct. Always review your shipping address prior to placing your order and if you require any corrections, let us know immediately.

If your parcel is undeliverable for any reason by the mail courier, we will initiate an attempt to recover your order. If we are successful at recovering your parcel you have 2 options. 1) Have the order re-shipped at your expense (preferably to a different or correct address) or 2) Receive a refund for the total order amount minus the cost of original shipping. In most cases, before any decisions can be made – the parcel will need to be recovered first.
